Overcoming Depression

Depression is bound to occur as it comes to hand on hand with the preparation phase of any exam that you target and put in a sincere effort

To overcome it do the following

STOP OVERTHINKING
Thinking about something is fine but as it's well said that everything in excess is bad, but at times our mind goes out of control and random thoughts related to results, future, parents, relatives etc. Just gigantically flood our mind, leading to depression
For escaping from such a situation you may divert your attention to

Music
Music is one of the best ways for healing your retarded mind, just pop out wherever you are and play your favourite songs

Develop hobbies
Do whatever you like, because if you do something you like and achieve a personal goal in your field, it's positive energy will be transferred in your academics too

Masturbate
Yeah you read it right, though it's a temporary solution but still, it's a solution, you should do it whenever you feel low, if not masturbation then message your body, this will certainly give you a temporary high, but don't be addicted, extreme of everything is bad

GIVE YOUR 100%
When you give your best, even if you fail you will not feel that you have failed, if you think that you are failing and not getting expected results then check again there might be a fraction of work that you are putting in, change it and be at peace.

Do take a step everyday be it small or big doesn't matter

DON'T LISTEN YOUR RELATIVES
Your relative only come with a motive of destroying your self-esteem, ruin your confidence by comparing you with someone, simply turn a deaf ear towards them

NEVER COMPARE YOURSELF
remember comparison is always done amongst similar things, and you are like no one, even 2 fingerprints don't match except when both fingerprints are yours, so only person you can compare yourself with is you yourself.

GIVE REGULAR TESTS
If you give tests regularly, it will become a Habit and, fear of examination will reduce to certain extent
